SHIPPING

  • We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $500 to destinations within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available, please contact us at customerservice@shopgelt.com for pricing
  • In-stock pieces will ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days for custom requests such as engraving. We will notify you once your piece has shipped. 
  • All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.
  • At this time we are only accepting orders shipped within the contiguous United States. If you have an international request, please contact customerservice@shopgelt.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • All shipments will be sent with a signature required upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
  • Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical address.
  • If you are purchasing a gift or need your order by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request. We accept rush orders for a fee. Please contact us for details and pricing.

RETURNS

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a refund or store credit. 
  • Please notify us of your return request within 7 days of your receipt of order for a return authorization code.
  • All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return and repair shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
